As a team of pedagogical and design experts, our mission is to support the development of high-quality training content for both employees and customers. We focus on building clear, accessible, and effective learning resources that strengthen product knowledge across the company.
Our work plays a key role in accelerating onboarding for employees and clients while helping to close knowledge gaps on Equativ’s products and solutions. By creating scalable and easy-to-follow learning paths, we help internal teams reduce the time spent on training and free them up to focus on higher-value activities. We also guide learners throughout their development, enabling us to build a strong learning culture within the organization.
One of our latest achievements has been the complete revamp of several learning paths. We updated everything to align with the new Equativ brand identity and streamlined the content so it fits more naturally into the flow of work. These improvements make it easier for learners to engage with the materials and complete their training with confidence.
Right now, we are excited about integrating more powerful AI tools into our design process. These solutions help us accelerate content creation from start to finish. They also open new possibilities, such as translating courses into multiple languages for more localized versions and adapting formats so they match different learning styles. This allows us to reach more learners with content that feels relevant and accessible.
Many people think eLearning design is mostly about producing content or making slides and videos look polished. In reality, our work goes much deeper. We build full learning experiences shaped by pedagogical expertise, storytelling, interactivity, and thoughtful visual design. A big part of that process comes from partnering closely with our Subject Matter Experts, who bring deep technical or sales knowledge of our products and solutions.
Together, we translate complex things into easy to learn content even for novices on the topic. A great partnership with experts is to combine their technical knowledge with our pedagogical expertise, to make sure what we produce is easy to understand and learn.
