At Equativ, our Support Team is the backbone of customer success, providing expert technical guidance to ensure a seamless experience across our platforms. We work closely with Product and R&D to resolve incidents quickly and use our deep product knowledge to empower customers to get the most out of our solutions.

Our work goes far beyond day-to-day troubleshooting. The past two quarters have been particularly exciting for us. We played a key role in navigating Equativ’s demand transformation, making sure our processes and workflows kept pace with growing customer needs. Projects like Unified Support for Demand, the Unified Ticketing Portal, Production Incident Communication Management, and Customer Segmentation and Tiering have helped us streamline operations, collaborate across teams, and maintain consistent, high-quality service.

These initiatives have done more than maintain operations; they’ve elevated the customer experience, driven revenue growth, and showcased our team’s resilience and adaptability.

Looking ahead, we see great potential in automation and AI to elevate our work to the next level.

We are experimenting with tools that streamline support workflows, accelerate incident resolution, and deliver faster, more consistent service to our customers. These innovations will not only boost efficiency but also give our team the freedom to focus on high-impact, strategic initiatives. Above all, I am incredibly proud of the culture we have built within the Support Team. We are more than problem-solvers. We are collaborators, innovators, and change-makers who are always looking for ways to improve.

Managing a global team has shown me that our diversity is one of our greatest strengths. We come from many different backgrounds, with teams in Spain, France, Poland, Germany, Singapore, the US, Brazil, India, and Canada. This mix of perspectives drives creativity and sparks innovation. We make it a point to use tools like the 16 Personality Test to better understand each other’s working styles, communicate effectively, and ensure we are always working toward win-win collaborations.

Even though we may approach tasks differently or have different communication styles, we all share a commitment to achieving great results together. Our cultural diversity adds depth and richness to our team dynamic, making us stronger and more adaptable in every project we take on.
