A prominent US convenience store chain sought to increase in-store foot traffic by activating more than 12,000 locations with personalized promotions. The primary objective was to drive store visits at scale while maintaining a simple and efficient production process.  

To achieve this, Equativ implemented a scalable, geo-personalized strategy delivered across Display and Online Video (OLV) formats. By utilizing Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) supported by SofiaPulse, the team activated the entire retail footprint using just 10 ad tags. This enabled 12,000+ unique variations personalized by geographic location, price point, and specific promotions without requiring additional manual effort.
