The revamped leadership team reinforces Equativ's global go-to-market strategy
NEW YORK (April 20, 2026) — Equativ, the leading independent end-to-end media platform, today announced two significant leadership developments: the appointment of Michael Lehman as President, Americas, and the promotion of Ben Skinazi to Chief Commercial Officer.
Based in New York and reporting directly to CEO Arnaud Creput, Lehman will lead the full Americas commercial organization and oversee governance of the Americas leadership team. He joins from Nativo, where he served as President. In that role, Michael developed and executed against the strategy that led to the largest growth year in company history, and the ultimate sale to Life360 in January of 2026. Prior to that, he spent more than eight years at TripleLift as SVP of Revenue, playing an instrumental role in scaling the company through its $1.4 billion acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Before TripleLift, he held senior publisher development roles at The Rubicon Project. A Cornell University graduate, Lehman brings a strong track record of building and scaling commercial organizations across complex markets.
"Equativ is building something genuinely differentiated, and the Americas opportunity is enormous," said Lehman. "I'm looking forward to working with the incredibly talented team at Equativ and deepening our client relationships to drive the next phase of growth at the company."
Having successfully held CMO functions and stepped into an Interim CRO role during a critical period and delivered exceptional strategic direction, Skinazi is promoted to Chief Commercial Officer. In his expanded remit, he will drive Equativ's global commercial strategy, strengthen regional performance, and deepen alignment between the company's market approach and product innovation, spanning EMEA, MENA and JAPAC, Retail Media, and Global Marketing. Skinazi co-founded Sharethrough and has been central to Equativ's commercial evolution through its merger and global expansion. While stepping into his CCO role, Skinazi will continue to drive the Marketing strategy, consolidating leadership across both departments.
"We have the people, the platform, and the momentum to make a real impact for clients globally," said Skinazi. "The commercial and marketing functions are more connected than ever, and having oversight of both puts us in a stronger position to align our story with our growth strategy. I'm energized by what we're building and what comes next.”
The appointments reflect Equativ's continued investment in its commercial leadership as the company expands its end-to-end platform across programmatic, CTV, retail media, and AI-driven curation globally.
“Equativ has built a leading global end-to-end ad marketplace, integrating Sharethrough at record speed into our scaled global footprint. Now, we’re focused on accelerating even further,” said Arnaud Creput, CEO of Equativ. “Michael and Ben are exactly the leaders we need for this next phase. Michael brings the market expertise and relationships needed to unlock the full potential of the Americas, while Ben’s expanded role reflects our confidence in his ability to drive and align our global commercial strategy.”
