Equativ, the independent adtech company driving innovation across programmatic, CTV and retail media, announced the appointment of Jackie Stevenson as Strategic Advisor to its Board.
Jackie Stevenson brings more than two decades of leadership across creative, media, data, and technology, with a career spanning agency entrepreneurship, holding company growth leadership, and board-level advisory roles. In her new position, she will support Equativ’s long-term strategy as it continues to build media infrastructure designed for effectiveness, relevance, and human-centred performance.

Currently Global Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at M+C Saatchi, Jackie leads group business strategy, shaping the company’s proposition, capabilities, and services to meet evolving client and platform needs. She also develops global partnerships and drives revenue growth initiatives across the M+C Saatchi network.
Jackie is a co-founder of the award-winning creative agency The Brooklyn Brothers, which was later acquired by Interpublic Group. Following the acquisition, she became Chief Growth Officer for IPG EMEA, overseeing growth strategy across creative, media, and performance disciplines for global clients. Her experience spans building creative companies from the ground up and operating at scale within complex media ecosystems.
Her appointment reflects a shared focus between Equativ and M+C Saatchi on improving how advertising works in practice. Equativ’s platform is underpinned by more than 12 years of research into human cognition and consumer behaviour, demonstrating that advertising performs better when it aligns with consumer preferences, attention patterns, and cultural context. Jackie’s background in integrating creative strategy with media delivery and performance makes her a natural advisor as Equativ continues to evolve its product and go-to-market strategy.
“Equativ is focused on building media systems that work with human behaviour and culture, not against it,” said Jackie. “I’m excited to support Equativ as it continues to push for more effective, accountable, and human-centred advertising.”
Jackie’s appointment adds senior strategic and creative leadership to Equativ’s board at a time when the adtech industry is increasingly focused on effectiveness, trust, and sustainable performance, particularly across CTV and programmatic environments.
